Scope of Services

Services focus on residential design and drafting only. Professional engineering, architecture, inspections, code enforcement, construction management, contractor supervision, and sealed/stamped documents are not included.

Where a project includes engineered components, non-prescriptive framing, structural modifications, cantilevers, balconies, decks, guards, long-span beams, or other specialized conditions, those items must be designed and documented by the appropriate licensed professional, manufacturer, supplier, contractor, or authority having jurisdiction.

Residential design focus

The work is focused on residential design and drafting for Pennsylvania homeowners planning custom homes, additions, renovations, remodels, and garages. The goal is to turn project goals into clear residential drawing packages that can be reviewed by homeowners, builders, and local jurisdictions.

CNRD does not provide architectural services, professional engineering, stamped documents, permit submission, construction management, contractor selection, or construction supervision. When a project requires separate professional or manufacturer design, that scope remains with the responsible licensed professional, manufacturer, supplier, contractor, or authority having jurisdiction.
