This form helps Chris understand what you are trying to accomplish before the first planning conversation, site visit, or design discussion.

You do not need to have everything figured out. Early ideas, rough sketches, concerns, and “I’m not sure yet” answers are all useful.

When to use this form: This page is intended for people who have already contacted Chris Neidig Residential Design and were asked to provide additional planning background before a first conversation or meeting.

The goal is to make the conversation more focused and useful by organizing your goals, concerns, site questions, and early planning issues in one place.

This page is for planning input only. It is not a contract, design proposal, construction estimate, code certification, permit approval, architectural service, engineering review, or construction advice.
